    We can ship to virtually any address in the world however there are restrictions and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. The website will not automatically calculate shipping rates outside the US and Canada. For estimates to other countries, please contact us via email at northwestdiecast@gmail.com.

    When you place an order, the website will provide a shipping cost based on the availability of your items and available shipping options. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page, but are dependent on the speed of the carrier and the end location. Shipping charges are not applied to pre-orders at the time of order, but will be included on the final invoice when the product is ready to ship.

    Please note that the shipping rates are generally weight-based. The estimated weight of any item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are estimated and shipping charges may require adjustment.

    Shipping of in-stock merchandise generally takes place within three business days, however slight delays may occur. Pre-order shipping times are estimated based on the latest information from the manufacturers, however schedules have been undependable due to global shipping challenges. These dates may incur multiple changes. We'll do our best to update the product page.

    Our regular shipping carriers are UPS, USPS and FedEx.  

    An example of our shipping charges (USA) are listed below. Please note, these are only estimates.

    • Under one pound (small box or envelope) - $6-$8
    • 1 to 3 pounds (example - one set) - $15
    • 4 - 6 pounds (example - two-three sets) - $20
    • 6 - 10 pounds - $25
    • Insurance may be added for an additional $1 per $100 value
    • Case lots vary per carrier

     

    Returns Policy

    You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 25% re-stocking fee.     Return shipping fees will be paid by the customer if the item is returned due to any reason not related to damage or errors.

    You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
